Comprehensive Vacuuming: We begin with a thorough vacuum of all interior surfaces, including seats, carpets, floor mats, and crevices, removing dust, debris, and loose dirt to create a spotless foundation for the detail process. Detailed Upholstery Cleaning: Our team carefully cleans all upholstery to lift stains, dirt, and embedded particles, rejuvenating the fabric and giving it a fresh appearance. Deep Floor & Seat Shampoo: A high-quality shampoo treatment is applied to all floor mats and seats, breaking down tough dirt, spills, and odours. This deep cleaning restores vibrancy to the materials and extends their lifespan. Powerful Extraction: Using specialised extraction equipment, we remove deeply embedded grime and moisture from carpets, mats, and upholstery, ensuring a thorough clean that leaves surfaces refreshed and residue-free. Intense Leather Conditioning: For vehicles with leather interiors, we apply a rich leather conditioner to hydrate, soften, and protect the leather surfaces. This conditioning prevents cracking, enhances suppleness, and preserves the natural look and feel of the leather. Thorough Wipe Down: All high-touch surfaces, including the dashboard, centre console, and door panels, receive a careful wipe down with premium cleaners. Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule your service, please contact us no later than 48 hours in advance. This notice allows us time to fill the time slot and manage our schedule effectively. If cancellation or rescheduling occurs within 24 hours of the service booking time, a deposit fee will be retained. This fee varies based on the service cost and will be confirmed prior to booking acceptance. *NOTE* This deposit will be included alongside your invoice. This deposit will only be retained if you cancel within 24 hours of the appointment; otherwise, it will be deducted from your total at the time of service. Your deposit will be immediately refunded if we need to reschedule or cancel due to unforeseen circumstances. Please Note: * Earliest Bookings: You can book up to 2 weeks in advance to ensure weather conditions suit the scheduled service. * Latest Bookings: You may book up to 2 days in advance to give us enough time to prepare and gather all necessary products.
