Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule your service, please contact us no later than 48 hours in advance. This notice allows us time to fill the time slot and manage our schedule effectively. If cancellation or rescheduling occurs within 24 hours of the service booking time on our end, we will promptly refund you. Please Note: * Earliest Bookings: You can book as far in advance as you would like, but ensure that you understand the possibility of the service being rescheduled due to weather conditions. * Latest Bookings: You may book up to 2 days in advance to give us enough time to prepare and gather all necessary products.
