Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule a service with us, please ensure that you contact us (or do so yourself) no later than 48 hours in advance. This allows us time to fill in the time slot, therefore not losing us work. However, there will be a fee of £20 incurred in the instance of cancellation or rescheduling within a 24 hour period of the service booking time. Although, if the rescheduling or cancellation is on our behalf due to unforeseen circumstances, this £20 fee will not be charged or will be refunded if it does so automatically. We will also be limiting early and late bookings. You cannot book any earlier than 2 weeks in advance, due to the fact that we need to ensure the weather is appropriate for the day and you also cannot book any later than 2 days in advance to ensure we have enough time to prepare and have all of our products ready.
