REQUIRES WATER & ELECTRICITY! Comprehensive Vacuuming: We start with an intensive vacuuming of all interior surfaces, including seats, carpets, floor mats, and crevices. This thorough approach removes dust, debris, and loose dirt, setting a clean foundation for the following steps. Detailed Upholstery Cleaning: We carefully clean all upholstery surfaces to remove stains, dirt, and embedded debris, rejuvenating the fabric and enhancing its appearance. Deep Floor & Seat Shampoo: A deep shampoo treatment is applied to the floor mats and seats, effectively lifting stubborn dirt, spills, and odours. This shampooing restores the vibrancy of the materials and helps extend their lifespan. Powerful Extraction: Using specialised extraction equipment, we pull out deeply embedded grime and moisture from carpets, mats, and upholstery. This step ensures a thorough clean, leaving these surfaces refreshed and residue-free. Thorough Wipe Down: All high-touch surfaces, including the dashboard, console, and door panels, receive a detailed wipe down with high-quality cleaners. This process removes grime and restores a like-new look while preserving the original finish. Air Vent Cleaning: We meticulously clean all air vents to remove dust and allergens, ensuring a fresh and healthy interior environment. Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule your service, please contact us no later than 48 hours in advance. This notice allows us time to fill the time slot and manage our schedule effectively. If cancellation or rescheduling occurs within 24 hours of the service booking time, a deposit fee will be retained. This fee varies based on the service cost and will be confirmed prior to booking acceptance. *NOTE* This deposit will be included alongside your invoice. This deposit will only be retained if you cancel within 24 hours of the appointment; otherwise, it will be deducted from your total at the time of service. Your deposit will be immediately refunded if we need to reschedule or cancel due to unforeseen circumstances. Please Note: * Earliest Bookings: You can book up to 2 weeks in advance to ensure weather conditions suit the scheduled service. * Latest Bookings: You may book up to 2 days in advance to give us enough time to prepare and gather all necessary products.
